Today at the Santa Monica library, what looked to be a reject Abercrombie model (and not a particularly cute one) told me he was homeless and then asked me for a recommendation for a play to read. I was wondering where a homeless person found hair gel and told him to read American Buffalo. Then I read A.R. Gurney's SYLVIA and fell in love with it.
