A recommendation from Alex Beth - I loved every minute of it, but particularly the first half. When she was pitching it to me Alex described it as, "a well written narcissistic ramble".

Re-read in preparation for IB. Still so good. On my recent trip to LA while driving to meetings in Burbank I kept thinking - people are afraid to change lanes on the freeways in Los Angeles - and more specifically - I am afraid to change lanes on freeways in Los Angeles.
